RATT drummer Bobby Blotzer has slammed the band's lead singer, Stephen Pearcy,
for allegedly choosing to resume his solo career this year while Blotzer
and other members of the group pursue other projects. In a series of posts
on his Facebook page, Bobby writes, "Congrats to Sullivan Bigg's agency
[Bigg Time Entertainment] and the Stephen Pearcy solo band adventure on the
first solo show for his HUGE forthcoming 2011 tour, and the lucky 52 people
that got to hear RATT's music butchered. Poor promoter! And asking for a rider
and his two packs of smokes on top of the monster drawing power? LOL, priceless.

"All will be told in my new book. I'll tell you this, though: I'm sick of the
lies and deception from the whole lot of them in this band. And guess what,
who owns the name? Two right now...

"Look, guys, yes, I'm obviously really burnt and pissed here, yes. But I want
RATT to be RATT. With all of us. I'm tired of rolling a snowball up hill to build
the snowman. I'm also not doing this as a promo for this new book. Happens to be
falling at the same time. It's all about the love of playing for you guys year in
year out, and having a great job, with job security. Every single year
I'm re-building this band."

Bobby is such A F***ing Ass! He F***ing did not do many if any of the meet and greets on the last tour and he says Stephen is the problem. Hey, Bobby get a F***ing clue YOU ARE THE REAL PROBLEM IN RATT!!!

You know, Blotzer has complained about Stephen & other Ratt members every chance he gets. He has managed to keep this band in a constant state of turmoil for too many years. Stephen, Warren, Carlos, & Robbie have managed to put together one of Ratt's strongest albums to date, but unfortunately the momentum of the release was short-lived & I believe Blotzer was a major contributor. I don't think I've read one Blotzer article/interview that was positive. I wish the guys would cut him loose and move on.

The guys can't cut him loose.....it doesn't work that way. Nearly 30 yrs service & a stake in the ownership of the Ratt name prevent that from becoming a reality. And Bobby had just as much to do w/ that album as the Stephen, Warren, Carlos & Robbie. Maybe if Stephen didn't slam Bobby for releasing his book during the same time as Infestation was released Bobby wouldn't have fired back??
Does anybody even entertain the thought that quite possibly Stephen is a little UPset w/ the fact that Bobby actually got his book out before Pearcy could get his out?? Pearcy has been claiming for yrs now that he was working on a tell all book. In the meantime he spends all his down time on Top Fuel Records & a solo career going nowhere.
Next thing ya know Bobby beats him to the punch w/ a tell all book & Pearcy immediately goes public bashing Bobby??

So, it's OK for Pearcy to work on a tell all book but not Bobby?? It's OK for Pearcy to spend time on his record company & solo career but when Bobby works on his own side projects he's wrong?? it's OK for Pearcy to bash Bobby publicly but when Blotz fires back everybody says he's the problem & should be let go??

Kinda funny there Upscope, I figured u might say as much after meeting Blotzer in Japan, Fact BB is milking the cow, Fact BB has no future, Fact a chimp could do his job, Fact he would be working at Walmart as a Greeter with Jizz if not for RATT, Fact the remaining members will never get along well enough to make it work, egos and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ control the name....the fans have had enough of going R&R with the same bullshit over and over the name and value of the name has been DESTROYED!!!!!!!!! Look at this website and Naos both are a Fucking ghost town like the future of this band under the name RATT, at this point they are better off touring with solo bands and making rent money....Pearcy wants control of the name and neither BB or Warren are going to let that happen so game over for the band simple fucking Simon.

Well I haven't read too many Blotzer bashing interviews from the other members of Ratt lately? No member of a band is 100% safe from removal and that's a fact.

You're right insane...Bobby's not perfect & certainly is part of the problem. But you have Pearcy doing interviews talking about having a drummer out on the tour w/ his own personal agenda when SEP is guilty of the exact same thing. You think Pearcy's not milking the cow?? He got back on board for one reason only & then goes off on Bobby for that same exact reason!
After 30 yrs in the band & multi-platinum success you've earned the right to write a book & use the Ratt brand to further that book. The same way you've earned the right to tour solo & also use the Ratt brand to further that endeavor?? Maybe a chimp could do his job but Ratt is still a bigger draw w/ him than w/o him....

The fact is many of us stop caring a long time ago, I would still go see a show maybe if it was close although I skipped the last couple shows that were a 10 minute drive lol, as far as blotz a bigger draw yeah maybe 4-5 people.

Atleast Stephen can have a solo career, all that prick drummer, Bobby , can do is run his fucking mouth. And he, Booby is the one who had an agenda putting out a book at the same time as the album. Ratt had a great chance to have a great comeback. Thanks as always to Bobby for fucking things up!!!
