You seen any of Pearcy's solo gigs?? If so, you'd likely represent roughly 1/3 of the crowd. His solo career is going nowhere!!

Wasn't it Pearcy who quit the band in '92?? Wasn't it Pearcy who again quit in '00?? Both times leaving the band high & dry??

Upscope, I see what you're saying about Pearcy but the truth is none of us know EXACTLY why the hell they are fighting!! I mean was somebody banging the other guys' chick or something??

A long time RATT fan once saw RATT without Pearcy and he said it just wasn't the same. He said no one has the squeal in his voice like Pearcy does and it's PERFECT for RATT songs!

He's so right! I obviously much prefer they patch things up and go as RATT but I won't miss a chance to see Pearcy if he goes solo. I don't want it to end up like Quiet Riot where you never get to see the AT ALL because of the lead singer's death!

Life is never guaranteed so you never know when it could be your last chance to see him. At least we won't have to worry about big crowds!

Upscope, I saw Stephen solo in Delaware in October. It was a small club, but he put on a GREAT show. About 10-15 minutes after he got off the stage, he came back out to sign stuff and talk to us. He stood behind the bar and signed anything and everything that was put in front of him. He talked to us and answered questions. Even took a pic with me in the middle of all that because my friend was tired and we needed to leave. SO nice of him! He also came out of the RATT bus after the Out of the Cellar concert in PA to sign autographs too. He signed my cassette (yes, cassette) of OOTC and we talked for a minute or two. I don't know anything about Bobby or the paid meet & greets, but Stephen's always been nice and appreciative of the fans at the shows I've been at! (BTW, if Stephen reads this ... THANKS!)

Personally, I have no problems w/ Pearcy as far as fan friendliness goes. I have meet him on a few occasions & he has been super cool w/ me each time. However, I have heard stories from friends & others that go both ways. From personal experience though I have to admit I think he is a pretty rad dude.

Actually having an encounter w/ him is pretty hit & miss though. He's tough to pin down. Since the '07 re-union I've been fortunate enough to find a way into Ratt aftershows on several occasions. With the exception of my trip to Japan Pearcy has been a no show each & every time.
Multiple times I've waited patiently after his solo shows for a chance to meet or chat. Each time he manages to keep himself isolated or secluded from interaction from the common folk until he eventually disappears. It's almost as if he's teasing or confused w/ the difference between 1985 & 2011??

I always have & always will support & stand UP for Ratt & it's members....past, present & future. When it comes right down to it though I'm a realist. I call it the way I see it.
I idolized Stephen Pearcy in 1984 & I still idolize him today but IMO he is coming off as a hypocrite in this latest Ratt ordeal w/ Bobby.

Pearcy is going to want to play in front of more than 30 to 100 people again so eventually you would think they'll get back together. I mean they always get back together again you know?

Maybe they just needed a break from each other after recording and touring after Infestation?

In 2012 they can have the 2012 RATT end of the world tour!! LMAO!
