I saw them twice, once in LA and once in PHX way back in the day. Lita Ford opened for them in LA and Bon Jovi opened for them in PHX. I thought they were better than Bon Jovi. I still have the EP on vinyl and not gettin' rid of it anytime soon. "You Think You're Tough" is my favorite. This EP doesn't need re-mixing!
getting juan croucier in time to record this ep was pivotal.its raw sound speaks for itself!!i absolutely love the track 'sweet cheater'.i wasnt so keen on the early version of 'back for more';i prefer the updated version on the 'out of the cellar' album.nevertheless,this is one of the best ep's released in the 80's by any hard rock act of it's time back then!
I love this album, so raw and unpolished. I think this version of Back for More is better than the Out of the Cellar version. 1st bought it soon after Out of the Cellar came out. Think I may even have the old cassette laying around somewhere. Lucked out and downloaded the CD before Napter got busted. They need to remaster and re-release it. Going to see the band tonite in Fresno, Ca. Gonna be a kickass show!!
I'm a CD collector and I don't like used items, so I looked for a new unit in the internet, and finally founded it. I had to pay over a hundred bucks, but that's OK, as we say in Spain: "mereció la pena", because is a killer record and there's no other way of getting it.

I prefer version "Back for More" on Out of the Cellar album, but "Sweet Cheater" or "Walkin' the Dog" was never released on any other Ratt album.
