I hope Ratt's next release will be as good as all their other cds. They have not disappointed yet.

RATT is the greatest band on earth! Name a band with a better discography. Doesn't exist!

I don't think there's gonna be another album in any time soon...,at least while Pearcy and Blotzer don't get along (these two hate each other) Hey BigRATTfan, I can't see why you got so much praise for "Dance", of course tastes are tastes, but to me is a mediocre song that seems to have been writen in about 5 minutes I like the first lines "...Caviar is hard ro find, you're not a big city girl" and the way that stephen sings it but the chorus is rather boring, the same about "Slip of The Lip", to me the two worst singles of Ratt. There at least four better songs in "Dancin'" that those two. "Looking For Love", "Drive Me Crazy", "It doesn't matter" and "Enough Is Enough" and of course the greatest one "Body Talk"!!

From what I've read, "Dance" WAS written in about 5 minutes under the orders of Atlantic. At the tail end of studio sessions,Atlantic listened to the roughs of Dancing & demanded a more poppy single to promote. At that point Stephen pulled a couple all nighters, combined with a guitar lead Warren had been working on(the intro riff), the label loved it and Dance was born (Please correct me if I'm wrong about this story)

. Personally, I enjoy the song and it fits well as the album's opening track, but I do agree there would have been better songs to promote including "7th avenue" & "Looking for Love".

As for their being another album soon, Warren & Stephen have been throwing around riffs & song ideas for about 3 weeks now. They've pinpointed spring release and summer tour as strong possibilities.
