Hi Ratt N Rollers! I've just finished reading the Blotz book "Tales Of A Ratt - Things You Shouldn't Know" Anyone of you has read it? I crave for everything Ratt, so I enjoyed stories from the past, but i was expecting more insight on the recording process, songs and tour (It has some of that, but no enough!!!!), but It actually gets a little boring when he starts to talk about boats and cars and that kind of shit. Anyway is a pretty enjoyable reading, maybe a Juan Croucier book would be a better one, I Don't Know.
Anyway the book has also some mispelling (Brittney Fox insted of Britny Fox , and wrong references about concerts and tours.; for example: he makes reference about playing the Donington Monsters of Rock of '85 : "...Ozzy was headlining. Metallica, RATT, Accept...." As far as I Know. in '85 when Ratt played, the headliner was ZZ TOP, and yes Metallica were there, but Accept and Ozzy weren't. They were on the '84 Monsters, and Ozzy wasn't headlining, it was AC/DC. , I've just wanted to share it! Any comments?

I read it and I agree with the original posters take. I'm glad I read it to learn alittle more about Blotzer as a musician, but I thought it fell short of shining more light onto all things Ratt N roll.

The band really needs to contact the author of Motley's The Dirt. Ratt were firm believers in having a certain level of mystique concerning what transpired after the concert and party. It's time to spill the beans.

Sammy Hagar's new book tells some tales of the Van HAlen days, and what he was doing during the other guys solos. lol....

great stuff....and the reason we all wanted to be rock stars back in our youth!
