Last night, I attended the Ratt concert at The Fillmore in Irving Plaza. They put on a very amazing show!

What time did they hit the stage? Who were the two opening bands? Did you do the M&G after the show?

They went on at 10 and played until 11:20. Played about 5 new songs and most of the popular classics. No idea of the opening acts. The show was good. Pearcy was his usual self.. The band sounded tight and played to perfection.
Warren D smoked on the the guitar.. He was on fire and everything was played clean. No sloppy choppy playing at all. The addition of Carlos lets him go off and he was in the zone at the Fillmore. I have seen Ratt many times and I think Warren played the best since he stopped playing with the King. I am waiting for clips to pop up on youtube from the show just to hear him rip again.

The new songs came across good live.. Go see them if you have the chance to, you will not be let down..

I also attended the RATT show at the Fillmore in NY and it was great. The band rocked, were tight, and looked they were actually having fun! A lot of high energy.They played non-stop for about a hour and a half. It was like a greatest hits concert with a few of the new songs added in. Eat Me Up Alive is an awesome live song, and Warren was shreddding on the guitar. Warren and Carlos also perfomed an extended duel guitar solo on Nobody Rides For Free that was terriffic.

The opening act, September Mourning, was absolutely horrible. The female lead singer can not sing! She was off key in just about every song, yelled and screamed just about every verse (probably because she can't actually sing the words), and primped and posed like a wannabe Dale Bozio from Missing Persons. She has to be one of the most annoying front persons in rock today. The crowd was ready to boo them off the stage and was relieved when they were finally done. Why couldn't they have found a better opening act to fit the musical style of RATT and not some stupid screamo band? At least when RATT came on the stage at last they blew the lid off the place!

I TOOK A BUS FROM ALBANY NY TO NYC TO SEE RATT SINCE THEY WERNT SCHEDULED TO COME NEAR ME WHICH I HOPE THEY DO AT SOME POINT ESP. WITH THE SCORPIONS!!!!! WELL IT WAS A GREAT SHOW EVEN THOUGH I WAS GOING TO TAKE OFF BY 1130 TO CATCH THE BUSS BACK HOME! NEW SONGS WERE OK BUT WHAT SUCKED WAS THEY DIDNT DO IM INSANE OR AT THE SCENE AT THE CRIME AND THEY HAVE TO STOP WITH SONGS OFF OF DETONATOR AND GO MORE OLD SHOOL LIKE OFF OF DANCING UNDERCOVER! THEY COULD PLAY THAT WHOLE ALBUM IN CONCERT! REACH FOR THE SKY HAS A COUPLE LIKE ONES YOULL NEVER HEAR LIKE WHAT IM AFTER !!! I WAS AMAZED AT SYRACUSE WHEN THEY DID LOOKING FOR LOVE AND SHOULD DO MORE OLD SCHOOL!NEW STUFF ISNT BAD BUT SHOULD PLAY EXTRA 20 MIN FOR SONGS THEY ARE DELETING BECAUSE OF THE NEW ONES!
