I clicked on the store icon at this therattpack website and amazed how few items they have. To make matters worse, the infestation t-shirts they are selling are always showing out of stock. So, I waited and waited and finally about 4 weeks ago they showed in stock and I ordered one. A couple of weeks goes by and still no sign of my t-shirt. Check the site again and it shows in stock so I contacted customer service asking where is my RATT merchandise that I already paid for? Replies back saying they are out of stock and we should get them in a few days. Another week goes by and it still shows in stock. I contacted them again saying hey "it shows in stock where my shirt"? He says "Oh we don't have them yet, I'll let you know if I hear anything regarding the shirts." They should now show out of stock." That was a week ago and have not heard anything from them since.

Has anyone else here have this kind of problem with this site and not getting your infestation t-shirts? Does anyone know of a better website to buy RATT merchandise? (And NO I will not buy someone's used 25 year old t-shirt for $500 on eBay.)
